Our support workers can assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry), meal preparation, shopping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. We tailor our services to your specific needs and NDIS plan.
If you have an NDIS plan with funding for Core Supports - Daily Personal Activities (0107), Household Tasks (0120), or Development of Daily Living Skills (0117), you're eligible for our services. We can help you understand your plan and maximize your funding.
Absolutely! We believe in choice and control. We'll introduce you to suitable support workers based on your preferences, needs, and personality match. You can request a different worker at any time if the fit isn't right.
We offer flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Our support is available 7 days a week to fit around your routine and preferences. Emergency support can also be arranged when needed.
After your initial consultation and service agreement, we typically can begin services within 1-2 weeks. For urgent needs, we can often arrange temporary support while we complete the matching process with your preferred long-term support worker.
Yes! Our approach focuses on building your independence. We provide hands-on training in cooking, budgeting, using public transport, and other life skills. The goal is to help you gain confidence and capabilities for greater independence over time.
