Our Approach

Like porcupines on a cold winter day, we all seek the warmth of connection—but too close, and we might hurt each other. At Ezy Connect, we help people find that 'just right' distance—where support, community, and personal space coexist.

We understand that human connection is essential—but it must be safe, respectful, and nourishing. Our role is to help each individual feel included without feeling overwhelmed, supported without feeling invaded, and encouraged without being rushed.

No one-size-fits-all

Every person is unique; our programs are designed to fit individual needs, preferences, and rhythms.

Co-creation & Listening

We build activities together with participants, valuing their ideas and preferences.

Gentle Progression

Most activities cost $5. However, if the activity aligns with your NDIS goals (for example, skill development or social participation), the cost may be fully covered under your NDIS plan.

Most of our activities run weekly or fortnightly, with some special events happening monthly. You can join most programs at any time throughout the year - we don't operate on strict terms or semesters. We'll introduce you gradually to help you feel comfortable and connected with the group at your own pace.

Absolutely! All our activities are designed to be inclusive and adaptable. Our experienced staff work with each participant to ensure activities are modified to suit individual needs, interests, and abilities. Whether you need extra support or prefer more independence, we'll find the right balance for you.

We completely understand that group settings can feel overwhelming. We start slowly with smaller groups or one-on-one support to help you build confidence. You can try different activities until you find what feels right, and there's no pressure to participate in anything that makes you uncomfortable. Your wellbeing and comfort are our priority.

Getting started is easy! Contact us via email at contact@ezyconnectsupportservices.com.au, or use our contact form. We'll arrange a friendly chat to understand your interests, discuss which activities might suit you, and help you get started. We can also arrange for you to observe an activity first if that helps you feel more comfortable.

Transport is provided by your support worker, who will accompany you to and from the activities to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Our multilingual team speaks Farsi, Malay, Burmese, French, and English. We believe language should never be a barrier to community participation. All our activities and communications can be provided in these languages to ensure you feel fully included and comfortable in our programs.
